Alexandra Sticher has practiced Horse and Rider Shiatsu for 10 years.
Suppleness, freedom of movement and communication inspire the Horse and Rider partnership. After only six sessions: “My 12 year old warmblood gelding had a field accident as a youngster, resulting in a misaligned pelvis, severe muscle tension and intermittent lameness, riding him gave me back pain. Following both Horse and Rider Shiatsu I have no more back pain, I feel
more balanced on him and he's wonderfully sound.” Alexandra teaches riders maintenance techniques to further the benefits of Shiatsu.

Available in the Southwest, costs by arrangement.
